The serene and sustainable Wellness Center designed by Champalimaud features a convivial residents lounge with a fireplace, library wall with built-in mirrored flat screen television, and billiards area. The entertaining kitchen by Poliform is designed to enhance the lounge for private parties or other events. A fully equipped sun filled fitness area features an array of exercise machines as well as a yoga and stretching space. A skylit flexible studio space is provided for yoga, meditation, arts, meetings, or other uses. The 3,000 square foot 2nd floor Wellness Center also features a spa treatment room and sauna. On the roof, residents will find an airy shared terrace lounge designed by Landscape Architect Halsted Welles with expansive views east and north.
